Fundraising Goal: $8,000 for Reseach Trek Date: October 5-9, 2025

I am honored to be a part of the Moving Mountains Team for Cures for Multiple Myeloma and I pledge to bring awareness to this rare blood cancer and raise money to continue the research for an eventual cure. The average survival rate has improved from 4 years to 7 years in the past few years! Let's get serious and move that average to 10

I have always been an outdoor enthusiast and this trek to Guatemala was a dream come true. Now I am going to take on a 2nd hike to New Hampshire this fall.
To be healthy & strong enough to take on a challenge like this, 6 years, after my stem cell transplant continues to prove that I can beat this MM and my life just gets better each yea

DAY ZERO is Stem Cell Transplant Day
My new birthday is March 14th, 2018 and my body got a brand new start on life.
I have had incredible support since I was first diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma & my hope is to pay it forward to others with MM who may need a little extra TLC.
The MMRF trek creates a unique - magical experience!
Embark Exploration Company is very special and Carrie shared a quote that I will never forget. " It does not have to be fun, to be fun" it is all about the experience and the achievement of getting out of your comfort zone and celebrating the amazing moment of that goal.
Connee & I saying Good Bye to Mayo and I am sporting my beautiful new wig, hair style looked like mine before I lost it all.
Thank You for your support!
As I build my training schedule, I will be adding details and photos...
I am thrilled to have this opportunity to connect with you.
